IMPORTANCE OF MINI PROJECT

The mini-project for BITS3423 Information Technology Security may focus on teaching students about how to use Distant Desktop software for remote access, Cryptomator for encryption, and Postman for web application development. By completing the project, students will likely gain hands-on experience in setting up and configuring these tools and learn about their key features and capabilities. The project might also require students to provide background information on each tool, including its history, development, and common use cases. Additionally, students might be required to provide installation and demo manuals that show how to set up and use each tool, as well as provide instructions on how to troubleshoot common issues. In addition to this, students may be asked to conduct a CIA analysis (Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability) of each tool, which will involve evaluating the tool's ability to protect against unauthorised access, to maintain the integrity of data, and to
